Southern Colorado Press Club Members:

With regret, the Southern Colorado Press Club board of directors has made the decision to cancel the rest of our programming for the 2019-2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to the previously announced postponement of our annual Sheepdip awards banquet, this means there will be no final luncheon for the season in May. We have a tentative date of Tuesday, Sept. 15, to reschedule our annual Sheepdip awards.

Recently we awarded our Southern Colorado Press Club Grant to Steelworks Center of the West and are currently in the process of evaluating and awarding scholarships to Colorado State University-Pueblo and Pueblo Community College students.

The board will meet as needed over the spring and summer to determine next steps for Sheepdip and also announce online elections for open board member seats.
