Our first meeting of 2018 was Tuesday, Jan. 9, at Steelworks Center of the West, 215 Canal St., Pueblo.

Think you knew everything about Pueblo? Think again!

This month’s meeting covered some of Pueblo’s best products and their widespread distribution past Pueblo’s county line, from the classic Pueblo Chile to a one-of-a-kind coffee to small Batch Artesian Wines.

Panelists included a representative of Solar Roast, Shane Milberger of Milberger Farms and Chris Huggins of Songbird Cellars.
